There is no room for a single mistake, if anybody made one, he will surely get fired. For more than a decade, that was the life that most of the workers in a familiar town their facing. Most of the companies have that rule in order to have the best workers among all.
Many people were having their protests in the form of different rally on the street but still, their voice was not being heard. It is like they were talking and expressing their feelings and emotions to nobody. There is nothing wrong with their protest, they even have small flags and Valley Forge flags which came from the flag store, they do have a large number of people, but whatever they do, those high level or individuals in high positions in the company remains deaf. They never listen to what their workers wanted and just continue what they have started in the past.
